In a time of increasing uncertainty, there is growing support for a strength in numbers/ cross-farm collaboration approach. Join us on the 30th October at Elmley Nature Reserve, where we will be diving into what it means to deliver successful landscape scale nature recovery.
To kickstart our discussion we will be joined by two wonderful speakers:
Teresa Dent CBE, former CEO of the GWCT: Teresa Dent is the co-ordinator for area based conservation at the GWCT, and has been central to a number of crucial projects including the Marlborough Downs Nature Improvement Area, the formation of the first Farmer Clusters, the Curlew Recovery Partnership and the Environmental Farmers Group.
The Chalk to Coast Project: Chalk to Coast is a visionary landscape scale project working to create a nature recovery corridor across North Kent, spanning from the Downs to the coast between Gravesend and Whitstable. The corridor aims to unite four local farmer clusters to create a North Kent Super Cluster as a mechanism for delivery of landscape scale nature recovery through private investment and corporate partnerships.
